If you plan to participate in IDMPC2013 and to make a presentation,
please complete and return the registration form by May 15th, 2013 to idmpc2@scl.kyoto-u.ac.jp (This E-mail address is only for registration)
- Please download the registration form to fill in and save as "PDF" by Adobe Reader.
Please save this form as a PDF after changing the filename to "IDMPC2013_(your last name)".
Then, send the form to idmpc2@scl.kyoto-u.ac.jp as an attached file.

- The registration form is not automatically attached to your email, and hence please attach it manually.
- Do not use the “Send” bottom in Adobe Reader.
- Notification of registration will be sent within three days after receiving your registration form.

Foreign participants are requested to pay the registration fee in cash (Japanese Yen) at the registration desk on their arrival at the conference venue, Coop Inn Kyoto. No credit cards will be accepted.
