Program overview (June 17, 2022 updated)

  • Plenary talk: 40 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion.
  • Invited talk: 25 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion.
  • Oral talk: 12 min. presentation +3 min. discussion.
    1. The online presenters MUST upload a pre-recorded movie of your presentation. The in-person presenters are also strongly encouraged to upload the movie.
    2. The formats of the presentation movie are “file type .mp4, .mov, .wmv, and .avi”, “aspect ratio 16:9”, and “resolution 1280x720”. The file is not greater than 1 GB. For the plenary talk, the file up to 2 GB is acceptable.
  • Poster panel size: 1800 mm (height) × 900 mm (width)
    1. The online presenters MUST upload both the poster image and short presentation movie. The in-person presenters MUST upload the poster image, and are strongly encouraged to upload the short presentation movie.
    2. The format of the poster image is “file type .jpg, .jpeg, and .png”. The file is not greater than 10 MB. You can upload more than one file.
    3. The formats of the short presentation movie are “file type .mp4, .mov, .wmv, and .avi”, “aspect ratio 16:9”, and “resolution 1280x720”. The presentation time should be no longer than 5 minutes. The file is not greater than 1 GB.
