Payment Information

• Payment is by credit card only. (MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Diners Club or American Express credit card.)
• Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registration information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
• Upon completing payment, a receipt and meeting badge (name card) will be downloadable. (Meeting badge downloads available June onwards) Please refer to How to Receive a Meeting Badge/Receipt for details.

Cancellation/Modification of your Registration

• Registration fees are not refundable at any reason.
• Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees.
• Recognizing the uncertainty with the travel restrictions during the ongoing pandemic, you can change the style of your participation (in person or virtual) until June 15th, 2022.
• Please contact the Congress Secretariat (icmfs2021@okicongre.jp) regarding changes to your registered information such as affiliations or address.

Badge Policy

Attendees are required to wear name badges to enter all Conference events.

How to Receive a Meeting Badge/Receipt

＜Participants who pre-registered for the meeting＞

Those who have completed registration and payment of registration fees will be able to download the following after logging in to the registration system.

1. Meeting badge (name card)
   Available for download after June 25 (Fri)
2. Receipt for the payment of the registration fee.

＜Note＞

Meeting badge and receipt will not be sent to you by mail. Please download and print your meeting badge, and bring it with you on site on the day of the Meeting.

Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy

By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in Conference publications and websites, and on social media sites. Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.

Privacy Policy

By registering for the ICMFS-2022, you agree to receive emails related to this Conference for a period up to three months after the Conference concludes. Your personal information is for Conference use only and will not be shared with anyone else. During the registration process, you will also have the option to join the mailing list for future conferences related to magnetism . If you do not select this option, you will not receive any emails for future Conferences.

Conference Code of Conduct

The objective of the Conference organizers is to create a collegial, inclusive, and professional environment at the Conference in order to facilitate and support open scientific discourse and advance knowledge in the field of magnetism. Creating this environment is the responsibility of all participants, including attendees, speakers, vendors, exhibitors, conference management staff and organizers. It is the policy of the Conference that all meeting and conference participants will conduc themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming and free from any form of bias, discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

Accordingly, participants are required to treat each other with respect and consideration and avoid any actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, gender expression, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Discriminatory or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Harassment includes but is not limited to inappropriate or intimidating behavior and language, unwelcome jokes or comments, unwanted touching or attention, offensive images, and stalking.
Violations of this policy should be reported to the Conference Organizers or management staff. Sanctions may range from verbal or written warning, to ejection from the meeting without refund. Retaliation for complaints of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
